Vortex centrifugal high-pressure pump for domestic water supply systems and other applications.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 0.3 to 3 m3/h, pressure up to 84 m.
- Range liquid temperature: from 0 °C to +35 °C for domestic use,
from-10 °C to +50 °C for other applications. - Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral.
- Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Max. operating pressure: 6 bar/600 kPa for models KPS 30/16, KPF 30/16 and KPS 38/18; 8 bar/800 kPa for other models.
- Protection degree: IP 44.
- Insulation class: F.
DESIGN FEATURES
The pump and electric motor housing are made of brass in the KP 60 model, in cast iron in the KPS 30 and KP 38 models . Mechanical seal – graphite/ceramic. The pumps are equipped with an air-cooled asynchronous electric motor. The single-phase motor is equipped with a built-in thermal contact and overcurrent protection; All motor versions are equipped as standard with a permanently connected capacitor. When using the three-phase version, overload protection is provided by the user.
