Pump for circulating hot water in domestic hot water supply systems of a closed type with increased pressure or open type. Also suitable for solar water heating systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range : flow from 0.5 to 3.6 m3/h, pressure up to 6 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 °C to +85 °C (DHW) +110 °C (for other applications).
- Pumped liquid: clean, without solid inclusions and mineral oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, with characteristics close to water (glycol content no more than 30%).
- Max. operating pressure: 10 bar (1000 kPa).
- Degree of protection: IP 44.
- Insulation class : F.
- Cable entry: PG 11.
- Installation: shaft engine in a horizontal position.
DESIGN FEATURES
Pump body made of bronze. Motor housing made of die-cast aluminum. Impeller – technopolymer. The ceramic shaft is mounted on graphite bushings, lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid. Rotor casing, stator sleeve and hydraulic flange – stainless steel. Thrust bearing – ceramics, O-rings – EPDM.
Two-pole or four-pole glandless rotor asynchronous motor has built-in overload protection.
