Design

Centrifugal pumps with single impeller N80-200B with axial suction on the base. Nominal technical data and main dimensions in accordance with EN 733. Removable  back  to facilitate and speed up installation and removal.

Bronze pumps come fully painted.

Rated speed (50Hz):   N = 2900 rpm,

N4 = 1450 rpm

Flares: Flanges PN 10, EN 1092-2.

Shaft seal Standard type mechanical seal according to ISO 3069. Gland seal (optional)

Apply

Pumping clean liquids that do not contain abrasive impurities and are not aggressive to the materials from which the pump is made (solids content maximum 0.2%).

Water.

Use in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and circulation applications.

Use in domestic, industrial, agricultural applications.

Working in fire fighting installations.

Irrigation.

Operational limits

Liquid temperature from -10°C to +90°C.

Ambient temperature is not more than 40°С.

Maximum allowable final pressure in the pump casing: 10 bar (16 bar for N,N4 65/125, N,N4 65/160 and N,N4 80/160).

Engine-Pump

N, N4 series pumps are connected to an electric motor of standard design type V3 (IEC 72).

Energy Saving Class  IE3  for three-phase motors from 0.75kW.

Protective device type IP 55, three-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz, on a base plate with an elastic connection part,  with a protective cover.

The motor is pre-configured for inverter operation.
