Circulation pumps with in-line connections are designed for private and industrial heating, air conditioning and hot water recirculation systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 1.2 to 420 m 3/h, pressure up to 41 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 °C to +140 °C.
- Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral.
- Max. ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Max. operating pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
- Degree of protection: IP 55.
- Insulation class : F.
- PN 16 counter flanges: available on request.
DESIGN FEATURES
Pump housing, motor support-cast iron. The impeller is cast iron or technopolymer, depending on the model (models with a bronze impeller are supplied in a range of sizes from DN 65 to DN 150), fan cover – cast iron. Connection-flanges PN 16 with threaded holes for pressure gauges or control sensors. Mechanical seal – graphite/ceramic. The pumps are equipped with a three-phase, four-pole, air-cooled asynchronous electric motor. The motor must be provided with overload protection in accordance with current regulations.
