DESIGN FEATURES
New vortex impeller with plug-in blades , the high-efficiency single-channel impeller is manufactured according to the European standard EN12050-1. A double cartridge-type mechanical seal in the oil chamber with a silicon carbide/silicon carbide friction pair on the hydraulic side and silicon carbide/graphite on the engine side prevents leaks regardless of the direction of shaft rotation. Pressure connection flange DN 65, DN 80, DN 100 with radial groove according to EN 1092-1 standard. Liquid viscosity: 1 mm2/s. Electric motors of energy efficiency class IE3, three-phase, with squirrel-cage rotor. Long-term operation mode S1 is allowed in a fully immersed state and intermittent mode S3 with pumping out liquid to a minimum level when not fully immersed. On request, a model is available with a sensor for detecting moisture in the oil chamber in the presence of leaks. The stator windings have built-in thermal contacts with an operating threshold of 150°C, which are connected to the control cabinet to protect the electric motor from overload. Val – stainless steel. An explosion-proof version is available on request (certificates ATEX: II2G Ex db k IIB T4 or IECEx: Ex db IIB T4 Gb).
