Circulation pumps with in-line connections are designed for private and industrial heating, air conditioning and hot water recirculation systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 3.6 to 420 m 3 /h, pressure up to 102 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 °C to +140 °C.
- Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral.
- Max. ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Max. operating pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
- Degree of protection: IP 55.
- Insulation class : F.
- Mating flanges PN 16: available on request.
- Motors with energy efficiency class IE3: supplied upon request.
DESIGN FEATURES
Pump housing and motor support – cast iron. Connection-PN 16 flanges with threaded holes for pressure gauges and control sensors. Impeller – cast iron or technopolymer depending on the model (models with a bronze impeller are available in a range of sizes from DN 65 to DN 150), mechanical seal – graphite/ceramics.
The pumps are equipped with a three-phase, four-pole, air-cooled asynchronous electric motor. The motor must be provided with overload protection in accordance with current regulations.
