Circulation pump for domestic hot water systems with closed circuit and pressure boost or open circuit.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 2 to 12 m3/h, pressure up to 11 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 °C to 110 °C.
- Pumped liquid: clean, without solid inclusions and mineral oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, with characteristics close to water.
- Max. operating pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
- Degree of protection: IP 44.
- Insulation class : F.
- Installation: motor shaft in horizontal position.
DESIGN FEATURES
Pump housing – bronze. Engine housing – Die cast aluminum. Impeller – technopolymer.
The steel motor shaft is mounted on ceramic bushings, lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid. Rotor casing and hydraulic flange – stainless steel, stator sleeve – composite with carbon fibers.
Thrust bearing – ceramics, O-rings – EPDM. Synchronous motor with permanent magnet rotor.
